My Reservation is the place to go to access your travel information. To access up-to-date flight information or to get a copy of your itinerary, please complete the form.

Reservation Code – Please type your Reservation Code into the Reservation Code field provided. The Reservation Code is the 6 character code that you received when you completed your booking request through the website. You should have received this Reservation Code either as an email confirmation (when you completed your reservation) or as a printed a copy of the Confirmation Screen. If you do not have your Reservation Code, you might have provided us with the wrong email address. To determine if you have a Reservation Code, please send us an email with a “No Confirmation Email Received” title.

Last Name - Please type your last name in the same format you provided to us at the time you made your reservation. If you have any doubt about possible typos please refer to the confirmation email you received. In it you will find your personal information as you entered them. Should there be any problem with the way your last name or first name is stored in our system please contact us right away.

Flight Confirmation – Although this page was created to provide you access to up-to-date flight information, sometimes the airlines do not update their last minute schedule changes with the Airline Reservation Systems. We suggest that you contact the airlines 24 hours prior to departure to re-confirm your flight information.

Check-in – We recommend arriving at the airport 3 hours prior to departure for international flights and 1.5 to 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights.
